What our travellers say

A beautiful area of Austria with relatively easy walking and great hotels

Mr Aslin

It was a very enjoyable holiday. However hiking is not all that easy in 30 degrees + heat. One needs to be careful of you descriptions. These walks are for the average fit person. 18 k walks that include ‘ a steep incline for the next kilometer’ are not for such people.

Scrase

It was Type 2 fun. Some of the walks were quite hard going in the heat but we were pleased once we’d completed them.
The locations were good.

Mrs Dawson

I have now done several trips with Headwater and never been disappointed. Their organisation is highly efficient, the accommodation is always vey good and the itineraries feature some of the most beautiful walking areas in Europe. On my last trip, to Austria, the app provided was highly accurate and packed with useful information.
